TRONEN undertakes to ensure the correctness of Personal Data and relies on its Customers, other third parties who transfer Personal Data, that the completeness and correctness of the transferred Personal Data will be ensured.

If necessary, the Data Subject has the right to amend, supplement or delete Personal Data stored about him in his User account at any time.

If the Customer has decided to register on the Website, the Customer will be asked to provide information about his name, address, e-mail address and other data. TRONEN is entitled to use the information provided to personalize and improve the operation of the Website. TRONEN will process the accumulated Customer's Personal Data in order to: fulfill orders; help TRONEN improve the Website and the availability of information to the Customer online; provide the Customer with information about TRONEN products and services; for the purposes of placing an order, customer support, making payments and providing services; and otherwise in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

If the Customer wants to place an order while online, TRONEN needs to know the Customer's name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, postal address and data related to making the payment (for example, credit card number and expiration date). This allows TRONEN to ensure full fulfillment of the Customer's order and inform about the status of the order fulfillment.

From time to time, TRONEN conducts surveys of the users of the Website or organizes contests. Although participation in these activities is voluntary, TRONEN may need to request information from the Customer if he has chosen to participate in the relevant event. The results of surveys are collected and made available to other users of the Site, indicating the opinions of other similar users regarding a certain topic. The results of the surveys are aggregated only with the overall performance of the results, without indicating separately the responses of a particular user. The customer can withdraw his permission to receive e-mails at any time by sending an e-mail to info@tronen.eu, indicating his name and e-mail address. Upon receiving such an e-mail, TRONEN will remove the Customer's data from the list of recipients of the respective letters.

TRONEN is entitled to collect data about the website user using cookies in order to improve the services available to users. Internet browsers can be configured so that they warn the Customer about the use of cookies and allow the Customer to choose whether to accept them. TRONEN will not transfer Personal Data to third parties, except to the extent necessary for the reasonable implementation of commercial activities, ensuring that the relevant third parties maintain the confidentiality of Personal Data and provide appropriate protection. TRONEN will transfer Personal Data to TRONEN's customers, subcontractors, strategic partners and others who assist TRONEN and its Customers in conducting commercial activities in order to implement the relevant cooperation. However, in such cases, TRONEN will request from the data recipients a commitment to use the received information only for the purposes for which the data was transferred and in accordance with the requirements of the applicable regulations.

TRONEN undertakes not to transfer Personal Data to an organization or any other person located in a country where an adequate level of personal data protection is not ensured, except in the following cases: the Customer has given his consent; the transfer is necessary to enter into a contract with the Client or to fulfill a contract with the Client; the transfer is necessary to conclude or fulfill a contract concluded in the interests of the Client; the transfer is permitted in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations.

In relation to personally identifiable information transferred to another country, the laws and regulations of the relevant country may be applied, including laws and regulations regarding national security, combating terrorism, which may allow law enforcement or surveillance authorities to access information held by private individuals.

Based on a justified written request, TRONEN will inform the Data Subject about: Personal data processed by TRONEN in relation to him; the source of data extraction (if the regulatory enactments allow its disclosure); the date when the last changes were made to the Personal Data; the purposes for which the Personal Data is processed; data recipients or categories of data recipients; and whether the information is processed automatically. TRONEN will take the necessary steps to correct or delete any inaccuracies in the Personal Data notified directly or through the available services. TRONEN will inform the recipients of the Customer's Personal Data about such changes within reasonable limits. However, TRONEN has the right to limit access, correct or delete data in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations. TRONEN reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion. This Privacy Policy has been made available on the TRONEN website and applies from the date of publication of the relevant version indicated at the beginning.
